PACKAGING
At Dress For Dinner, we know the little touches mean a lot, so all orders are lovingly wrapped and beautifully presented in pastel tissue paper. We also now offer an additional gift box and please be aware that prices do not appear on dispatch notes.
We try to use environmentally-friendly packaging where we can, including biodegradable air pockets, kraft tape and water-soluble packing peanuts, and we have switched to bio-degradable bubble wrap. Your lovely parcel of tableware will arrive looking pristine inside and, where possible, we use recycled external packaging.
UK DELIVERY - WE HAVE NEW, FASTER DELIVERY TIMES
Please note: Orders placed by midday Mon-Fri will be dispatched same day.
Orders placed after midday will be dispatched next day.
Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
Express Delivery is 1-2 working days.
Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days.
We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery when you spend over £60.
Free pick up is available from our HQ in West Sussex. We will alert you when your parcel is ready for collection.
Local delivery is available to parts of Sussex and Surrey for £10 - please enter your postcode at checkout to see if your address qualifies.
IF YOU REQUIRE DELIVERY FOR A SPECIFIC DATE: PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE ORDER NOTES OR BY EMAILING. WE WILL ALWAYS HELP WHERE WE CAN.
We used Royal Mail Tracked for our parcels and you will be provided with a Tracking Number when your item ships, to keep an eye on its progress. If you have not received your order in 14 days, please contact us and we'll go and shout at the Post Office and issue you with a refund or replacement.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Dress For Dinner offers world-wide shipping. Rates vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, from £15-35. Please find exact rates at check out.
RETURNS DELIVERY
We'd advise you retain the packaging for a short period if you have any breakages, or in case you wish to return your items (not many do... but you never know).
We do not pay return postage unless an item is faulty.
